**Full disclosure, it was a pain arranging the tow to this place butmy initial interactions were reassuring and I had hope. Update 6/23/25: After being placed on numerous extended holds with no answer about inquiring parts labor with Ron the Mechanic, I decided to go in person. On-site I was threatened by the owner Johan to leave the premises after complaining about receiving a negative review. The ordered parts should be arriving this week and my moped is now displaced to the bus stop. I will attempt to receive service for my $50 diagnostic one more time then seek my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and learn from my experience!! Update 6/16/25: I've ordered parts for the repair as mechanic suggested. Let's see if they pay it forward on service. So far they have been deflecting phone calls and putting me rudely on hold for extended periods. Not professional service as they claim. === Jack was extremely rude said my moped was, quote on quote a PoS, very unprofessional and rough approach. Miguel appears to be helpful but is uninformed with the service situation. Ron the mechanic wants to help but is overshadowed by Jack's recommendations and guidance. The owner Johan (sp) lacked empathy for my situation and continued to state legal implications for me working in the shop. Jocelyn was helpful in transcribing details for the diagnostic. My ride was forcefully removed and I was stranded to work outside in the sun without any assistance whatsoever. This place does not give hope to old riders. It is tailored to helping privileged individuals with the funds to tweak their toys. My experience here was very misleading and the sweet words from the attendants turned sour with the response 'we will not work on it, take it someplace else' without providing referrals. The only thing Jack was enthusiastic about was collecting the deposit. Although I was initially assured that they will do everything they can to get my ride running, in the end that was a ploy to get my ride to their business to upsell my diagnostic for exploited service and I was left with no hope. I take this as a learning experience about false promises from heretic mechanics. Be sure to do your due diligence to read the reviews here and decide what is real and save your hard gotten funds and treasured rides! The $50 diagnostic with the premise of adding that to the service is a joke! 💜 #ConstructiveFeedback #DivineBirthright #DivineFriendship #777adventures

My experience at Tool Shop was truly exceptional. The owner was exceptionally helpful, and the sales representatives were equally accommodating. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional quality and beautiful color of the bike I purchased. It rides fantastically, and everyone who saw it loved it. This is my sixth bike that I have purchased from Tool Shop, and I have never been disappointed. The prices are extremely reasonable, considering the current inflationary pressures in the United States. The prices were definitely reasonable again. The sales representatives were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner was exceptionally nice and handsome. I highly recommend purchasing your bike from Tool Shop if you are looking to enjoy the outdoors this summer.

Sold me a bike that was in bad condition. The air intake had been modified (super glue and carb cleaner cap) , the tank was full of rust and had no fuel filter so the carbs died on the first ride out of the neighborhood. The tank leaks when it's filled to full. I was sold this bike as turn key and waited an extra week for their mechanic to "look at it" before it left the shop. The shop reached out to try and get my last one star review down, but didn't offer any solutions that would make me trust them after buying such an poorly maintained bike. I could excuse the condition of the bike if it wasn't $2400 and paraded around as if it was looked over by a mechanic. I've spent the last 3 months fixing problems that I didn't know were there which has ruined the used bike experience for me.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I Purchased a 50cc Tao Tao Moped for $1032.00 from Tool Store Go Kart Shop on June 29,2016. Within the first two weeks of owning the scooter I had to return it back to the store for service. The first time I returned the moped was because the moped was making an unusual loud noise. One of the maintenance men tightened up a few bolts and said that was causing the noise. The scooter was repaired onsite that time and was immediately returned. The second time I called to have the moped serviced was because it would not start a week after getting the bolts adjusted. The repair guy told me the carburetor went bad therefore causing it not to start. This time the moped was away from me for a week. Finally I returned the moped because it kept shutting off while riding. The dealer kept the bike for a month and after several calls for about two weeks they did not return my calls. I eventually went to the store to communicate with the owner. The owner assured me that he would find the solution to my moped not working and give me a call later that day. After a week of not hearing a response I called again and the Service department manager told me that the motor was bad and that I would need a new one. He told me that the price would be $700 to fix. I explained to him that I have only had the moped for a not even two months and and its been in the shop for about a month of that time. Overall he "dropped" the repair cost from $700 to $500 to $100. When I went to the store to retrieve the moped and express to the owner I should not be responsible for any cost. He told me "You know What I dont want to deal with this anymore take the scooter and get out!!!!!! I tried to communicate with him about my concerns of future damages and he continued to ignore and avoid me. I called the Police and explained to them that I only wanted my money back and they explained to me this is a civil issue not a criminal issue. While attempting to ride the "repaired" moped home it shut off on me several times. The same "repaired" Moped I was suppose to pay a $100 service charge for. Since I have not rhode the moped because it no longer works and of course this place does not want to give me a refund. Save yourself the time and the money DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE AT...

NEVER GO HERE! 6 MONTHS TO GET MY BELONGINGS BACK AND AN OWNER QHO IS RUDE AND TALKS TO PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE! Dropped off my kids 4 wheeler that was given to us by my aunt for repairs back in June. They said it would take almost 2 months for it to be completed. Ok whatever. Recieved a call in September that it was ready. Seeing as how this place is an hour away from me and we are never in that area we didnt come back to pick it up till October. In October when I picked it up they lost it and couldnt find it. Then found it and I paid in full for the repairs. Only to get it outside and it wouldn't start at all. Went back yesterday dec 19th to see if it was ready because we never received a call. The owner o think his name is Jim was a complete condescending and rude person. Apparently they lost it again, found it but it didnt jave a tag on it, wanted me to prove it was mine with a vin number to which I didnt jave then argued with me over weather I paid, told me it's probably not fixed and why did i wait so long to get it. I proved to them they never called me to say it was ready. I showed my ID to prove I am who I am. I dont know why they put a paper tag on a bike with the customers info and that's it and leave it outside to get destroyed. No other records are kept of payment, whose is whose or anything. This place has no system and all the owner wanted to do is blame me for their lack of record keeping. Telling me I am the reason why small buisness fail. No buddy jerks like you are! This place is a joke and do not bring anything here to get fixed! I may be just a woman but I'll make sure people know how...
