The worse customer service. My friends and I arrived one night excited to try this restaurant especially because we love mariscos. We arrive get seated our waitress took our order not only did they drag to give us our food which I understand sometimes restaurants gets busy but this restaurant was half empty. When my food arrived first my friends food wasnât given to them 20 mins later than mine and they didnât even give us plates and utensils which is always the first thing to be given before the food. We asked our waitress she said she will bring it right away, she never brought it we asked her multiple times including other things like refills she never accomplished anything that we needed. She was too busy filming the performance that was given. We had to ask other waitress which they even asked where our waitress was we told her our issues and she brought everything we needed. I wish I can say that was it but it wasnât. We were already fed up we asked for the bill . The bill states it was mandatory to leave her tip the total being around $200 with the tip being included I talked to the manager and asked if it was mandatory he said no it was optional, ok he asked what was wrong I complained about his employee and he said â we all work in a team sometimes we forget especially when we are busyâ I said I understand I work with people too but I always make sure my customers and clients are a 100 percent satisfied thatâs my job. We didnât leave her no tip she asked if everything was good as she counted the money that we left cash and I said yes and she asked where her tip was I gladly said I asked your manager and he told me it wasnât mandatory if we werenât pleased with the service. She rolled her eyes and said mmmm ok have a goodnight I happily responded you as well. I work with people everyday I understand how some can get really difficult to attend to. Iâm not the one to ever complain. This restaurant was probably the worse service I have ever experienced the customer service was very low and the food not as good as I have tried in other locations. Will...
Read moreHorrible experience, me and my colleague decided to drop in for a quick lunch on our lunch break, unbeknownst to us what we believed to be a good spot for not seeming busy and indeed not being busy early in the day (1 oâclock) , we were eluded as we ended up waiting for 40 minutes to receive our plates! Never in a Mexican establishment have I ordered raw food (ceviche and guacamole) and waited 40 minutes! In comparison, a party of 6 which ordered what seemed to be deep fried fish and various other dishes sat after us and ended up receiving their plates before US! We brought it up to the attention of our waiter and his only response was that we had to wait since âit was a busy timeâ Sorry but 2 tables of 2 and a party of 6, for an establishment of this size shouldnât be unmanageable, and to our disbelief, watching the party of 6 get their meals before us is absurd! After the 40 minutes passed and we received our meals, the waiter was no longer seen. We watched the bus boy attentively service the party of 6 and the other 2 tables, as we looked on with our water glasses empty. After finally realizing we werenât ever to see our waiter we finally flagged him down from the bar, as he chatted with what seemed to be close friends. We asked him if our meals could get wrapped and for the check, and after 10 more minute he finally came by and dropped off 2 to-go containers and a bag. The very least he could of done was giving it to us rather than blatantly throwing it on the corner of the table and swiftly walking away before we managed to ask for more water. To top it off, the guacamole was indeed great, but the ceviche can barely be labeled as mediocre, over seasoned with what seemed to be old bay spice, and made with un-veined shrimp (gross) and pre-cooked! If authentic ceviche and a quick lunch is on your radar please run! Wouldnât eat here for free is...
Read moreMy first time going and last time stepping foot in that place. I went there to have dinner on a Sunday evening and when I entered to be seated, the hostess decided to sit my girlfriend and I all the way at the back of the restaurant next to a table that was having a birthday party and also right next to people who were singing karaoke... The whole place was empty, why not sit us apart from the party that was going on? The karaoke was super loud and the people from the birthday party became super annoying. They were a group of Mexicans that were drunk and got up and started dancing and singing right next to our table; they were so inconsiderate to the fact that we were trying to have a dinner especially after we kept giving them looks to go away from our table. After 30 minutes of that annoyance, I decided to get the check and take the food home to go. I'm shocked and disappointed the manager didn't tell those people to quiet down or take a seat because others are trying to eat. I can't believe that experience was so horrible, it was like watching a bunch of clowns at a circus dance and jump around. I wanted to tell them to sit down and stop running around like children; how embarrassing. On another note, the food was good but a bit over priced for the portion size. If you want bigger portions and better quality, go to El Veneno or Mariscos Luis. Don't waste your time or money going to...
