7-Eleven — Local services in Stockton

Nothing but bad experiences during the night here. The night cashier who where's a black turban tries to take advantage of people. Tonight was the last straw for me. The first time I encountered this cashier he tried getting me to pay for a beer that the previous customer did not pay for. Once I noticed it on my receipt he kept arguing with me that the price on the receipt was for the soda i bought. I showed him the actual price of the soda on my receipt with the beer he charged me under that price he refunded my money after the long back and forth argument we had.

Another time I saw him arguing with a handicap person who had a service dog with them with identification visible. He told the handicap person that animals are not aloud in the store. The handicap person told him that it was a service animal. But this cashier said he doesn't care and told the handicap person to hurry up and pay so they could get out. Then the cashier never gave that person their change back.

Tonight, same cashier again. I went to purchase a coca-cola in a glass bottle which was price tagged at $2.09, when I went to go pay for the soda, he rang it up at $2.99. I told him what the price tag said, then he started arguing with the day time cashier asking him why the price tag was not changed. Then the cashier told me the price is $2.99 and that he didn't have time to go change the price tag and that is what it is. I told him that it's false advertisement. Then he said to me "did you not hear me!? I said the price is what it is." I decided not to purchase anything from this store.

It is very sad with how everyone is struggling with these high gas prices, this seven-eleven still tries to find ways to take advantage of people.

I recommend to anybody reading this. To go to the Sinclair gas station next door. Their gas, drinks, and snacks are cheaper than this seven-eleven and the cashiers are way more honest and friendly. If you still want to go to this seven-eleven that is your choice and right, but please double check your receipts before you pay the cashier. I can only imagine how many people he has taken...

They had an advertised price for an item, and charged something different. Brought it to their attention and their response was " nothing they could do it about its in the system". I explained its advertised, she shrugged her shoulders at me. So I said well you might wanna take it down, she said ok...I walked back in about 10 minutes later sign still up, and I said what happen, her response " not my problem, it's in the system. Total...

Be very cautious using this gas station... Watch the cashiers... They'll double charge certain items, also they have weird ATM fees, check your statements, varies on time of day anywhere between .35¢ - $2.75

Thought it was a one time thing, fooled me twice not...
