GameStop — Local services in Stockton

Clean and organized Gamestop location. Staff are professional and helpful whenever we visit. Kid friendly and a lot of selection. Would recommend looking online to see if your item is stocked. Even if you're not a gamer, the staff will direct you to what you're looking for.

The area doesn't have a lot of parking near the building. However, a little down there is plenty. Weather it's handicap ♿️ parking they have. If you do park close to Gamestop, it's very tight, so becarful backing up.

I would normally give this place 5 stars, as the customer service is great, place is always clean, and staff is very helpful. However, it is frustrating to see that the store hours posted online say that they close at 8pm, when in actuality they close at 7pm. If my children weren’t such patient kids, and/or we lived farther away, this would be a 1 star review. Please fix your store hours to reflect the correct closing time. Other than that keep up...

Unwelcoming Service No greeting when we entered, and the employee seemed uninterested and annoyed when I asked for help with a return. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed similar attitudes at other GameStop locations—staff who appear bothered to assist or simply aren’t courteous.
