We were craving a hearty, authentic Punjabi meal in a proper roadside dhaba style, and we found just the place—less than an hour’s drive from Dublin, CA. This little mom-and-pop spot was such a gem.
The owners were warm and welcoming. When we asked how many pieces of chicken came in a plate, the owner smiled and said, “Normally six, but since you’ve come from so far, I’ll give you eight.” True to his word, he not only gave us extra but even asked if we wanted more. That simple gesture made the experience so memorable.
