I can't even begin to articulate my interaction with this company. My assigned service representative Jerrry Gimenez is beyond condescending, rude and disrespectful.

Here is my story. I placed an order with A&M Vending for a beverage vending machine on December 2, 2022 at 1041am. I provided all the necessary information for shipment. This information had to be supplied to a different department that handles payment. On the same date I received an email from the payment department requesting additional information from me which I provided.

On December 5, 2022 A&M requested additional information which I provided shortly thereafter.

On December 6, 2022 I contacted my assigned representative Jerry Gimenez in regards to the status of my order and his reply was that his company doesn't deliver to New York City, imagine my surprise. My question was why doesn't your company deliver to NYC, his response was because of the issues they've had in the past. My question to Mr. Gimenez is what kind of issues, I believe that I deserve more than that being that I was prepared to spend my hard earned money on your product. His response was well that's what my boss said and that's what it is. I asked him again, why can't you tell me why you can't deliver to NYC. He replies with a very sharp and annoyed tone, our machines arrive dented, and we can't provide service to NYC, that's all I can tell you. I explained to him how annoyed and disappointed I was. At what point was someone going to tell me that you don't deliver to NYC. Jerry Gimenez goes on to tell me that I was on his list of people to call. As I attempted to explain to him my frustration with this process he begins to interrupt me. At this point I'm terribly aggravated at his lack of customer service and empathy. I allowed him to speak and it's only fair for him to allow me to speak. He then goes on to say that my order is cancelled and I ask when will I receive my letter of cancellation, he replies, me telling you that your order of cancellation is your notice. I asked for a cancellation in writing and had to assist him with how cancellation orders work. Apparently he is unaware on how to prepare a cancellation order. I explained to him that he should provide me with this cancellation order via letter or email. At this point I was already burned out with this process and this company.

I am a U.S. Veteran who volunteers his time within various communities and purchasing a vending machine would've help with fundraising efforts. It is sad that this company employs people who lack the proper customer service and communication skills.

HORRIBLE! I really wanted to do business with this company but after being promised that my design fee would be waved if I purchased a new one was not honored and the staff member Johnathan was so rude, I would never do business with this company. First he said he remembered saying it but just could no longer honor it because they were behind on all orders, then he went back said he never said it & accused me of being dishonest. He accused me of lying and then made a statement insinuating that I couldn’t afford it. He stated and I quote, ā€œit’s funny that you are only bringing it up now that it’s time to payā€. He’s said ā€œwe don’t have to do business with you if you don’t like itā€. I waited FOREVER just to even get a quote and to keep calling back up there to remind him to send it. The way he talks to customers is DISRESPECTFUL and his managers condone it as well as him initiating false offers and false promises. I never write reviews on companies but felt compelled to on A & M due to the amount of disrespect, lack of ethics, & lack of honesty I experienced with A & M. This sales rep Johnathon has no integrity and he is the single reason A & M to lost my business along with another associate of mines who decided not to put in their order because of how he heard Johnathon talk to me over the phone. Something tells me that some of the staff member either turn a blind eye or Johnathan may have the owner fooled on how he really treats his customers. The owner was perfectly fine with not honoring what was promised. They really dropped the ball. As soon as I got off the phone I called another vending machine company that promised me a quicker deadline, they were more professional, AND they sent me a quote in less than 30 minutes instead of a whole month later like A & M. I am so happy I dodged that bullet and avoided waiting 7 weeks for my machine with horrible customer service. One thing is for sure that when business gets slow they will remember the customers that they mistreated. As a business and a MAN, you should ALWAYS honor your word to the customers & you should NEVER speak to a customer that way. It’s called integrity! I DO NOT recommend A & M and ESPECIALLY Johnathan as a salesman. HORRIBLE zero out of 10...
