Please do NOT buy from here. Not because I want their business to suffer, but I just want you to protect yourself. I just bought an ‘07 Honda Odyssey from them on March 25th. When I arrived to do the deal, they kept me that “I’m not buying it from them, but from the previous owner”. Fine. I am still, as of May 9th, waiting for the title from this “previous owner”. I reached out to get the status of it and I kept getting the runaround. I can’t get the tags until I get the title, and so I was basically driving it illegally. So when the vehicle broke down on me this past weekend (yes, the vehicle broke down in just over 1 month of me buying it from them), needing over $5000 in repairs, I tried to trade it in and be done with it; but I can’t, because it’s still in the previous owner’s name. I reached out to them for some assistance, they won’t even answer me. So now, I have a 2 ton paper weight sitting in my driveway that I bought that STILL technically doesn’t belong to me and no one is trying to help me resolve this.

Response: whether you told me the title was on the way, the truth is that I am still waiting on the title till this day. I have been asking for it for 3 weeks AFTER the couple of weeks you told me to wait for it. You actually said that the title was supposed to be sent via certified mail over the weekend; it’s Thursday and it was sent yesterday? Regardless, I still DONT have it in my possession, therefore, I’m still waiting on it.

Also, I did text you about the $3000 repair. Did you respond to my texts? No. And that was for the throttle body and the leaks causing the vehicle to hesitate and not accelerate, but there were additional repairs that I didn’t mention to you that were $2000+ more like the sway bar links and other things.

Terrible business I do not recommend to anyone customer service is horrible just a dishonest business/and then you reply about documents on a tag that’s the customer service I’m talking about lol because I didn’t even do any documents you sent them in for my vehicle that’s another lie. Your ad say 1 owner it’s 4 your ad says clean title and carfax I paid for my own cause you said you didn’t have a copy. You sold a car off the lot 2 1/2 quarts low of oil for the engine to lock up but lucky I took it in for maintenance you sold a car with all bad tires and bad brakes already squealing a day later engine light came on within a hour of leaving your shop and your response was we can’t predict future of vehicle take it to my mechanic. The vehicle done been to your mechanic and your mechanic even states there something with this vehicle everyday something new and a week later the light is still on and your mechanic says just drive it for a week and then bring it back so if anything else messes up I can know you states I’m not responsible for those repairs only engine and transmission but selling a car that you should have had fully assess is bogus if you’re not repairing what was damaged at the sale. But I promise you ran across the right one because I refuse to let you get down on a single mother a hard working barely making it elderly or a student that just starting his or her way in this world so when I’m done you a be lucky to sell a car you gave my extra warranty no where on the documents I signed says engine or transmission it say warranty for 60 days so look to hear from my legal team and be prepared to shut that bogus corrupted scamming used car...
