When I saw the selection and received the best customer service from Riya, I ended up buying a new hookah along with it and several other items. Riya was a master at multitasking helping other customers and searching until she found the best options for me. The new hookah is wonderful along with the shisha she recommended for it. Horrible customer service. Purchased a vape and it was defective. Was not told upon purchase I had to check the vape in store in order to exchange defective vape. I literally tested the vape in the car and turned around within 30 mins of purchase and she states then the policy is to test it in store and there is nothing she can do.
