Any good reviews you see on this business are all lies. Please please please please beware when going to this establishment for this is an extremely sketchy business. All sales are final and they take cash only. The biggest issue of all this bussiness does a switch and bait on you after being paid. In other words, what you see is not what you're going to get. they will try to give you a different appliance or claim they no longer have the appliance and ask you for more money after they take your money for the appliance you saw and paid for. Like a fool I paid these sketchy people $1,700 plus delivery. I never got the appliances that i kicked, had to go there 9 times after 3 weeks of not receiving them, yet only to encounter 3 or more customers there each time complaining about the same problem. I finally got a washer and dryer delivered to me out of the many items ordered. Had to send the washer and dryer back because they were beat up, ugly, over eight years old and not the ones i picked at the store. What made matters worse is the delivery guys ( their family members) cracked 14 out of 18 of wood steps and dented 4 areas of my hall way walls, which they did not fix. Went back to store to attempt to get the right appliances, instead they tried to hustle me for an extra $800 for the same appliance that I originally paid for. To make a long story short, I never got the appliances i psid for, because the receipt says no refund "all sales are final". To avoid a total loss i took two random frigerators and a dented up stove, which are currently sitting in my gargare since I have no current use for them. The owner Rod claims all their appliances are no more than two years old and they are only a scratch and dent operation, however the appliances you get are many years old, mostly used and dirty. Please.... if you're looking for good appliances for the same price, go to Sears Outlet or Brandsmart. I eventually went to the Sears Outlet and it was much cheaper without the run around. I don't even do reviews, but I don't want people to go through the same thing I went through with Rod. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from him. He is unprofessional and not trustworthy. He claims to warranty his merchandise, but after you've spent money he doesn't even answer the phone. The refrigerator he sold me was mangled in the back without rollers so it causes damage to floors. It doesn't get cold and you can't in touch with him to get the problem resolved. It was full of bugs and filthy. I understand it's used but that kind filth for someone to be selling is ridiculous.Good luck doing business with him, he's a little too sheisty for my taste. The only reason I can't post a picture is because I can't pull it out for fear of further damaging my floors. When I get a replacement I will follow to with pictures. 5/9/25 I had a technician come out to look at refrigerator seeing as how the warranty he offers is no good. Technician said you can tell the refrigerator had been dropped so now it is leaking freon which is why it wouldn't get cold and I'll have to purchase another within the next 3 to 4 months. I purchased LG washer and dryer, a Whirlpool stove and, a Frigidaire dishwasher, I have had trouble the first month I tried to use it the washer leaked water the dryer tearing up my clothes and the dishwasher didn't work and was missing parts. the stove had the wrong tops and knobs on them, Rod sent a Tech out to fix the problem of the stove knobs and , the washer flooded my basement it was worse, he came back and put a door on it ,that doesn't match and where the soap powder & bleach goes it leaks, I called again and again, he said he would switch the appliances out , it never happened, the dishwasher was coming on by it self and flashing Err running my light bill up and didn't wash one load of dishes he told me to cut off the breaker. The breaker been off for over 2months, he stopped answering my calls from my phone, I have to call on other phone's to talk to Rod, for him to make more false promises to switch appliances out till this day October 17th I have not got anything straight with him as of yet.
