What a wonderful day to enjoy the trains! it was filled with educational pieces, interactive sections and really quite nice. It doesn't hurt that on the other side of the street was Strasburg Rail Road! Having been to Steamtown in Scranton, I'd say this place is truly up there with its blend of history and preservation! The huge ceiling fans, natural lighting and easily accessible wheelchair access was amazing! Even more spectacular is when my father's wheel chair broke unexpectedly before we arrived (the front wheel cracked in another place shortly before arrival), the gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we could use the museum's.
