I wish there was more than 5 stars! These guys are amazing! First Austin shows up to size up the job. The guy is very knowledgeable. And that's coming from a guy who used to do IT work! The guy's knowledge base is off the charts. Anyway, the day of the job, Austin shows up with the actual techs that will do the work (Sean and James) just to go over the scope of work and make sure everyone is on the same page. Them Austin left and the guys got to work. They spent most of the day at my house and took care of everything I wanted done. Even managed to do things I didn't even mention. All the extra things that absolutely needed doing only proved that these guys know what they're doing. Very detail oriented and I appreciated that. In the end, I not only got everything done that I wanted but also a number of things that even I would have overlooked. I would absolute recommend The Experts! I have to say if great customer service, and old fashioned values are important to you, then this is the company for you. Austin and his crew did an outstanding job. from the initial consultation to the final install everything was smooth and easy. And after they were completed the next day we realized that our outside cable line had been accidentally cut. Austin showed up immediately, troubleshot the issue and completed the repair which wasn't really his responsibility to do.
