I wasn't so sure of my reception with a return as everyone employed appeared to be a quinquangenarian, however I was mistaken in my hesitation. Everyone, including the cashier and the man who follows me around the store in disbelief of my ability to identify much less use the items I wish to purchase, was thoroughly a professional, and courteous. This store's employees are a fine example of the vaulted customer service you rarely actually receive, and never expect, especially in Sturgis, SD. I was thoroughly, pleasantly surprised....

5/24/23- Josh T. was extra patient in educating me on paint, did a great job meeting my product needs, and was very personable all the while. Made for a great shopping experience. This is why I shop here vs. Going to RC where things might be a small bit cheaper. As a local resident, I am so pleased to say that this hardware store offers just what I need when I need it. I hate the thought of having to spend the time, effort, and gas just to drive to another town to pick up the things that we already have available here in Sturgis. It's important to support local businesses, so that driving to places like Spearfish or Rapid City doesn't become our only option.
