Pulled in with a dangerously flat tire pn a Ford F250. Andy cleared a lift & Rex discovered a punctured sidewall. I had hoped they’d make it thru this winter. Rex installed the spare & I was able to complete my business day. The only tires that fit 20” rims available were the brand new Hercules X-Ventures E rated. Andy went after work to pick them up 35 miles away. They installed them the next morning on time. So far so good- great recommendations; prompt service; above and beyond response and a fair price. I couldn’t be more please AND by noon the winter storm hit closing 100’s of miles of interstate...

We were in town for another motorcycle event before the rally when we realized the tire on our car was flat. The motorcycle mechanic at Buffalo Chip (Fozzys) recommended Sturgis Tire Pros. When we got there, they only had a single tire guy working at the time and it was a Friday before they closed for the weekend. They easily could have turned us away but these guys were so down to earth and wanted to help. They got us in and out with a tire patch quick and cheap and even gave us the scoop on some local dirt trails and etiquette in town. Good shop, good dudes,...

TRULY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Clean, friendly, professional environment. Stopped in to have the torque checked after a flat fixed in Montana yesterday. Just passing thru town at 8am on a Saturday morning. Got me right in with a smile. Checked not only the tire that was flat yesterday but offered to check all... above and beyond customer service and care IMO! Didn’t charge me a dime for the quick but thorough check and wouldn’t even accept a small tip (I offered twice!) for their help. Just replied “that’s what we do - help!” HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!...
