We just had our wedding and reception over the wekend. There was a few minor hiccups which Jerrod Torrence was very apologetic and seemed more upset about them than Myself or now my Wife. We have been working with Denise and Jerrod for the last year in the planning. They catered the reception. The steak was cooked to perfection for my taste. The lemon parm chick was a hit as well. The chicken nor the steak was dry at all. The service staff for the food was awesome as well. We ordered our wedding cake through the bakery it was moist with excellent flavor. We requested bar service Joni Deutschman was the manager for the bar. She kept it stock very well with drinks and there was never really a line for drinks. We just had our wedding here this past Saturday & we have absolutely nothing but phenomenal things to say!!! First off, when our old venue absolutely screwed us The Amish Door saved the day! They were transparent, communicated with us no problem, & not only did they promise us an amazing wedding but they went above & beyond to deliver!! Denise was phenomenal & got us everything we wanted for our dream day & more! Our guests absolutely loved the food & we loved the convenience of having the hotel, ceremony, & reception on site.
