This place is beautiful! They have a lovely inn with a great outside atmosphere! My wife and I stopped by their bakery, and I tried a maple old fashioned donut, Bavarian creme frosted donut, a cherry pie and their beef vegetable soup. The maple frosted regular donut was the best donut I have ever eaten! Beats Dunkin, Krispy Kreme, and other mom and pop donuts shops I have eaten in NYC. The donut was moist and not overly sweet. The maple flavor was really good. I ate it, so no picture, but it is labeled as a buttermilk donut, cost less than $2.00 and absolutely worth it. The vegetable soup was delicious, and chunky with tons of vegetables and beef for 7.00 in a huge container. The pie was amazing, and I got a discount on it cause of the date, but believe it or not, it still tastes pretty fresh and moist. I would highly recommend this place! Worth the visit, and they have a restaurant and small gift shop. Also night time rates to rent are decent, from $150 to $180 a night I believe. I will consider booking with them in the future.

I've been coming here for decades. The drive down from Akron is well worth it. The pepperoni bread is my husband's favorite, whereas mine us the buttermilk frosted pumpkin cookie. Honestly, I've never had anything bad from here even if it's not to my taste on a normal basis. Besides the pastries and breads, they have pies, jar goods and deli items as well as fudge and candy (I don't look at that stuff so I can't go into detail). The staff has always been helpful when...
