We have a Four Seasons Sunroom attached to our house, purchased from a now closed Four Seasons dealer in 2001. The original plastic latches on the sliding windows were deteriorating. I contacted Four Seasons who directed me to redeFINest as the nearest dealer. I contacted Rajul via email. After several emails back and forth to clarify things, I purchased replacement latches which are metal and will not deteriorate. The latches were quickly delivered by USPS.
