Absolutely not! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Came in for a spa massage pedicure, and I had shellac on my toes. She drilled it off and put some type of oil I assumed on my toes but no! It immediately started to burn in which I informed the technician. She acted as if everything was normal until the sensation grew. She started to drill off the "remover" she applied and everywhere the powder went onto my skin, it itched like poison ivy. I requested for her to stop the service & if I could speak to a manager immediately. I was then informed by another technician or manager that "it burns sometimes and she should have told me! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have been getting pedicures since a little girl and have never experienced any burning sensation or feeling like I do today. I'm not one to complain or leave reviews ever but I would hate for anyone else to go through this. They were unapologetic and unsympathetic. I did pay $10 for the removal of the shellac, but all in all, I will be reporting the business and would not recommend anyone else to go. Reminds me of a chop shop & surprised it's in a great area like Stafford/Sugar Land. ( I don't have "sensitive skin" in which they kept blaming it on & telling a customer that a products always burns your other clients and that the technician should have told me before hand is...

I don't often get my nails done and I've only been to this place once before. By far, this was one of the best experiences I've had while getting my nails done. I met two wonderful artists, Susan and Vivian. They were amazing. I enjoyed speaking with them and spending they time with them. Additionally, I called ahead to make sure I wasn't coming at the end of their day. They were friendly, asking about what I was hoping to get done when I came in, and even prepared the station for my arrival. I appreciate the selection and variation of colors they had. They even got new colors while I was there! I also appreciate the sanitized tools and the guard they put in the foot bath before starting. COMPLETE JOKE!! No customer service!! I will not be going back to this place. If you are not a regular there they don't acknowledge you at all. I went to get a mani/pedi and just left after the pedicure because I just sat there for half an hour after the pedicure. The regulars that were there were being talked to and greeted as they came in. I was just sitting there waiting for the manicure. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME!!! I had to ask to pay so I could leave after being there for an hour and a half. They don't offer you anything to drink like most places. They have no prices posted. They don't tell you anything about what you are getting. You have to ask. This place is a joke and the environment is subpar at best. I have never left any place as mad as when...
