Hydro-Gear — Local services in Sullivan

Sadly, they were unwilling to stand behind their older units with design flaws.  They directed me to purchase their redesigned part at considerable expense to me, and profit to themselves, rather than simply sending me the part with an apology for my inconvenience and earning a loyal customer to sing their praises. Classic blunder... fail! They didn't even want to discuss the failure mode with me. This despite the care i gave, and while proudly wearing "Made in USA” which I strive to support.  Axles are not a wear item folks, and the fact that they redesigned it for improvements is proof of the original design’s inadequacy.  I do have to at least give them credit for having parts available though. Absolutely bogus man!!! I just turned in my badge after no one noticed a significant leak of hydraulic fluid on 11693. I told the cl about it and he didnt see a leak so I pointed it out (then it was visible). There are no trays from hydro flush to even do our jobs. I talked to the second shift supervisor and she moved me to blocks (where I had not been trained) which was not a problem until the person they have trying to train me isnt even certified to train and had no clue what she was telling me. It shouldnt get to the point I go in the office telling them I'm done if they cant get it together. It's supposed to be a business and definitely not ran like it!!! Safety is not a priority if people arnt even getting...

I had a pick up from here that was supposed to be 8am-11pm fcfs. Driver showed up at 9am and was told it wont be ready till noon. Comes noon they say on tuesdays and thursdays they start loading after 2pm. Driver finally gets loaded at 2 pm, turns out someone overherad he is picking up a load to WI and started loading without checking what and where we need. Loaded the wrong load and insisted the driver is good to go. We had to make them double check and yes- had to unload and reload the correct one. Wasted the whole day because there was not one person in the whole company who acctually knew what to do. How hard is it to organize something you do...
