They told me I had the wrong exhaust system to add to my car when really they didn’t know how to put it on. They waited until I came to pick my car up to say anything about it being wrong when I told them to call me if anything happens. I walked back in there and had to teach them. Showed them photos of how it is installed for them to actually do it. Took hours, which I expected. The manager was amazing. I think his name was Dave. Super polite and respectable man. Held conversations for hours and entertained me while I waited for my car to finish. (Since they messed it up prior and I had to sit there and wait).
