just came in to buy some trailer bearings. checked online first, they have the kits for trailer bearings in stock. the guy that helped me out was about as interested as helping me find the correct part as he is taking a poop in the women's bathroom. he wouldn't even bother to answer my questions, look me in the eye, or even look up the parts. he went in the back came out with some random bearing and said yes 1299, I have three of them and even after explaining to him that they have kits he just continued to stare off in space. after telling him I was just going to go to AutoZone and get the kit, he just handed me my bearing back. I don't know if this guy is just having a bad day or if he's a few marbles short of a bag but it amazes me how I can have the same terrible service at every O'Reilly's that I go to all the way across the country. this is the last time I will ever stop in...

Did not appreciate the way the lady treated my husband. While in the middle of helping my husband she just walks away while he was mid sentence to go help another customer. She said “ im Going to do 2 things at once” so she stopped helping my husband to go help someone else while he had already been waiting since they were busy.
