Valvoline Instant Oil Change — Local services in Summerville

Been taking my vehicles here for a while now. People have always been great but the service has slowly gotten worse. First problem was when they left a wheel loose on my wife's car. Fortunately they hadn't left the parking lot yet before my son realized it. Econd issue was when I decided to rotate the tires prior to a long road trip. All of the luggage nuts were ruined where they had done it previously and must have used an air tool with a socket that was to big. I spent all day and finally got all 20 lug nuts off. I then spend $50 for a new set. I try to forgive and forget but,, now im doing some maintenance on the car and realized they have left a lot of bolts loose on a cover the covers the bottom of the engine that must be removed to change the oil. Landon and the other guys are great! They go above and beyond in customer service. I plan my oil changes around my trips to Summerville so I can go to this specific Valvoline. I have one by my home in metro Atlanta area, but I go here for the amazing customer service and the fact that they always go above and beyond! I usually carry bulbs and blades in my car since I’m always on the go and they will change them for me if they notice they need changing. I took 2 different vehicles for an oil change. My wife’s car leaked so I took it back to the shop and said nothing was wrong. Turns out they never looked or bothered to check the skid plate underneath. So after seeing puddles on the concrete, I took it back to the shop and they eventually found the leak. After kinda being a little ill. So now I’m trying to change my oil in my truck, they stripped out the oil plug and never bothered to tell me much less took the time to fix it.
