PSA: PAPA JOHNS DILEVERY DRIVERS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY after you ask for your change... THEN they get to decided if they bring it out not?? This rude driver in a white SUV named I'm not trying to be as disrespectful as she was so we'll say her name is a synonym for donations..she brought our pizzas today and upon receiving our money from the teenager (who is terrible at counting money and trusted her to give her the correct change) asked for her change back she looked her dead in her face got in her car and drove away. When I called to ask them about this they told me they would contact the driver. The driver then called me back cussing me out saying she thought it was for a tip because she ignored the kid. Now I'm not one to be mad over money but I am mad that people can't treat other people with a hint of respect. There's no way she didn't hear her the camera picked it up and she was looking at her. And after all of this and me calling to ask why she drove off with the rest of the kids money she tells me that she's going to refuse to bring it back it wasn't until I threatened to call corporate that a manager would actually do their job Now I understand The cash you were handed was a little over but I also understand that it is your job to deliver food and communicate with the customer which you were not doing and if you would have been none of this would have happened. If you are ordering today 1-12-24...I'd pick it up instead of delivery. The driver they have does not know how to drive up a gravel/dirt driveway and tore the hell out of my driveway. She got stuck and floored the gas. She also failed to give us our 2 ltr. The pizza is soggy, all the toppings are in the middle of the pizza. Called the store they said they would send her back with the 2 ltr. I asked them not to send her. She has done enough damage to a very wet ground...asked for them to just give me a credit..the "manager" said it would be on my account. Asked how I would ķnow its been credited...asked if I would see it in the account and the "manager" said he dont know how that worķs...there was no apology whatsoever and he did not sound or act like a manager. Beware...pick a different night. The last order we had was PERFECT...this one...SLOPPY MESS! AND....She got a 20% tip..I think I...

Utterly incompetent staff, made an online order, website said it was ready. Went inside to pick it up and was told that they never got the order. Went back to my truck and contacted my wife so she could make sure she ordered from the right place. It was, went back in and was told again they never received the order. It wasn't until they actually looked at the ready pizzas on the shelf that they saw it.

On top of all that they also got one of the pizzas toppings wrong, and on the other pizza the crust was paper thin to the point sauce was dripping through it.

I'll just keep going to Little Caesars or driving into Rome for Pasquale's, despite this being much closer...
