customer service was ok. I was greeted properly but when it was time to check out I was told all of this stuff that needed to be done to my vehicle and I had just had my jeep in the shop for some work and when I told them I was there only for an oil change he continued to tell me what needed to be done even after I told them I was leaving from there and going to get my tires from where they were purchased. Very pricey also. I've had my jeep since 2019 and this was the first oil change outside of the dealership. Well I paid for the oil change and they brought my jeep around. Skip to two days later and I was traveling back home after taking someone to the airport and on my way home my windshield wiper fluid low light came on. When I got home I called them and he said well its a code when you check out which to me makes no sense. My paperwork states that they filled it. I opened up my hood and my reservoir was empty. Also called my daughter who had gotten an oil change at the same location a few months earlier and she said the same thing happened to her. I took my jeep back up there and let them fill it up but I will not go back. I will go back to the dealership where I know it will be done correctly. So sad a brand new place and they dont seem to care about mistakes...

They stated it was out of course and it would be about an hour and $129. It took 5 minutes, and they adjusted the tow on one wheel by half a degree, but Hey thatās on me. Second time with my 07ā Silverado, they butchered the alignment for $188 and it pulled hard right. I went back and both the techs kept giving excuses blaming worn parts, the road being ācurvedā and smelled like they just smoked a joint. Problem is, I had just replaced several of these components, hence the need for an alignment and yet by eyeball, it drove there perfectly straight. After I asked to get someone else involved, they got what I assumed is a senior tech out of his truck out back, who proceeded to redo the alignment with them, and it still pulls right. I will never bring my business back, not even to attempt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this business 04/24/2025 to have an oil and filter change for my 2016 Mazda CX-5 and told the check in person that my Mazda took 5W30 full synthetic oil which has been used since I purchased the car new and had the first oil change. I later discovered 0w20 SYN was used (I know that is the correct oil but changed to the 5W30 SYN because of high stop and go and long distance IS highway driving). I went back to the business and complained about the failure to use the oil I requested. To make a long story short, that was a very unpleasant experience! In addition I feel the cost for an oil and filter change was too high and for a "full service" business my tire pressures were not checked.
