Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sumter

I’ve been here plenty of times, but I mostly go through the drive-through window but today I decided to order online and pick up at the window when I got there. The older lady asked me if I had an order. I told her yes, and I gave her my name after searching around the restaurant. She finally found my order. She then gave it to me as I searched my bag. I told her that this was not my order. She looked at me. She said this is your order cause this is what you ordered online And walked off. I said, excuse me ma’am, as she immediately waited on another customer I said look at the receipt I’m missing a hash brown and a drink. She looked at the receipt, went back in the kitchen and got the hash brown gave me a water down Sunjoy drink and say I apologize and walked off her attitude completely sucked. I don’t know if she was having a bad day I Remain calm the entire time I should have just went through the drive-through mobile pick up order like I usually do. We eat and visit this Chick-fil-A way more than we should, but it’s the convenience of having one on the same road we live on. When they first opened I gave the staff grace and kindness because everything took forever, but they have been open long enough now that it should not take that long to move people in and out the drive thru, curbside pickup, or standing outside waiting. I have times my last two trips there order ahead with curbside pickup and it took 18 minutes to receive my salad. No apologies no greeting no waiting to see if I had everything I needed. Even no “my pleasure” when I said thank you. Drive thru today, chicken sandwich meal. There were 4 cars ahead to order on each side took over 12 minutes to place my order and another 10 minutes for get it. Stop by Saturday morning on my way to work it was a rainy day. They had one dude working the drive through taking orders. He would run back and forth. So it was a little slower but I'm thinking well someone is late. Then I get to the window to pick up my food and there's four people ( probably mangers, someone working walk up window( it's raining) and someone driving the chic filet car) but there just standing by the door laughing and carrying on.
