Furniture Direct Superstore — Local services in Sumter

My complaint lies with the delivery process. My expensive sectional was delivered to me on a trailer uncovered...the delivery guys addressed themselves to me very rudely. No hello or anything but “where is this going”? As they were shoving the sectional piece through my front door I heard a rip. The younger of the two men said it was the molding from the door. I inspected the piece of furniture, and noticed it had been ripped during the delivery. When I pointed it out to him, he told his partner to pack it back on the truck. This guy didn’t say anything to me, nor did he ask what I would like to do or apologize. He just left. I never felt so disrespected by anyone performing a “service” in my home. Then I got offered the display piece in store that's all dinged up at the same price, after paying over 1100 dollars plus another $45 for delivery 5 mins...
