I will never patron this Sonic again. I will drive to the one on Broad St. Not only does the Sonic on Broad have better food, but also better customer service. I arrived after placing a mobile order, and I couldn't check in. I pushed the button, and a girl named Alyssa(could have the name wrong) answered. I told her I wasn't able to check in on the app, but I wanted to let them know I was here. She said, "It'll be out when it's up," with a nasty attitude. I gave her the name, and she disconnected from the speaker. My order was brought out. The two people who brought out my order were smiling and talking until they approached my window. They didn't speak, although I said hello. The girl gave me my drinks and then asked with a rude tone if I needed anything else. Of course, I don't need anything from you when you have a nasty disposition. I am not sure why everyone was in the drive-thru line only. I was unable to drive around the line for drive-thru service so I got in line with everyone else. This may have been why it seemed like it took more time to order, pay and receive my food. I will say that the person working the window for drive-thru service was very polite and friendly. I always appreciate having a pleasant interaction with employees working in the food service industry because more often than not you are handed your food without so much as a smile!
