I’ve been with Infinity Martial Arts for 9 years. I started in Middleton and then moved to Sun Prairie. To begin with, the quality of the teaching is amazing. The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivated. They pay good attention to all students and make sure everyone is doing what is required of them. They push you to be your best but make sure they don’t push you beyond your personal limits. Infinity Sun Prairie has a very welcoming and warm atmosphere, you feel you are among family and friends rather than in a formal karate school. As far as teaching is concerned, you will learn a lot of new material, be it self defense, weapons, forms, techniques and more. I got to 3rd degree black belt in my 9 years there. There are classes dedicated for young children and early teams, and others for adults with no age limit. Despite the wide age range, everyone is expected to perform their best within their capability. The classes are the right amount of time to learn enough without getting bored or overwhelmed. In addition to techniques and weapons, there is emphasis on discipline, respect, self confidence among other personal characteristics that takes the martial artist to the next level. We struggled to find an activity/sport that would engage our daughter, teach her commitment and reach outside her comfort zone. We tried many things and it always ended up feeling like a chore to her. We accidentally stumbled upon Infinity during a random google search. They did a wonderful job responding to our questions, even scheduled a meeting to share what the program was all about and really gave us all the right information to make the right choice. It's been 2 years since our daughter has joined the team. This so far has been the only sport that has kept her engaged for this long. She is motivated to practice everyday and proud of her acquired skills. She has goals that she wants to reach and even competed a few times which is incredibly challenging for someone as shy as her. Best martial arts studio in the Madison area. Their new studio is top notch and their instructors are second to none. They teach more than the physical aspects of martial arts. They teach the kids, and adults, to listen and show respect. Lessons that carry past the mat to everyday life.

We have two kids in their school now. There is a great family atmosphere with the kids, parents, and instructors. The parents mingle(quietly) while the kids are learning. My kids have made great friends and lasting relationships from Infinity.
