Paid $325 to have a birthday party here. No rules were applied at the time other than we had to be there at 11 and be out by 1. We got there right at 11, and most of my birthday guest were waiting inside the lobby. The owner sat and talked about how they are going to set up and all this information that I already knew from before and that took 10 mins. It took another 5ish minuets to finish setting up the gym. The kids were complaining they were bored because they wanted to go play. They did not have anything in the gym blown up for us to play on at this point. We finally got in the gym about 11:15-11:20 and we were allowed to play until 12:15. At 12:15 they shut the entire gym down and locked up and we had birthday cake but that doesn't last 45 minuets we had left to waste so again all the kids complained how bored they were and they want to go play. I literally paid $325 for the kids to play one hour and then complain about how bored they were. DO NOT HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTYS HERE!!!!! I am a mom who loves to spend a-lot and have a great time. All i had here was an hour of play time and another hour of complaining and whining. Staff was extremely pushy. My parents walked onto the cement doorway path to the gym where you are allowed to wear shoes and was told instantly they cant be wearing their shoes in that part, but they weren't actually going in the gym, just wanted to have a seat so they felt uncomfortable. The staff say they help so much but they really did nothing but ruin the good time. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR WHAT YOU...
Read moreI would never recommend this facility again, we paid for my daughter to do a star cheer session, on the last practice they called all the parents in to view the cheer the kids have been working hard on. I was stopped at the door and told I was not allowed in to see my daughter because I was holding her twin brothers hand. I nicely explained to 2 staff members that my son is autistic and cannot wait in the lobby alone while I go in. Both staff members forwarded me to “Danielle” who I believe is the owner? I also nicely explained again the situation and that I just wanted a quick picture or video of my daughter. She told me no and that siblings are not allowed in and we can watch from the lobby. I was the only parent in the class not allowed in, I couldn’t even see the performance because the kids had their backs to the lobby windows and were way far back in the corner of the facility. The staff and owner had no empathy at all, especially for my disabled child I was with. I couldn’t even see my daughters last/first performance of the class we paid for, and there was no prior warning that siblings weren’t allowed in. If you have a disabled child or family member do no assume there will be accommodations.I would never spend my...
Read moreThere’s lots to do and the other parents were very nice but whoever was at the desk today definitely needed an attitude change. Walking around condescendingly saying “no no friends” to a bunch of toddlers behaving like toddlers is kind of insane. By the looks on the other parents faces throughout the play areas they seemed annoyed too. I don’t think I’ve been to a play place that has so many rules for each piece of equipment to play with. Specifically in the toddler/younger kid area where there’s a ball pit yet there’s a sign to keep the balls in? (Not that small toddlers can read) Like they’re toddlers- they’re going to throw the balls. It’s part of their development. And yes it would be nice for parents to pick them up but that’s not how everyone is. My toddler literally spent 5 minutes picking up the balls after someone else’s older kid threw them everywhere because the lady walked by and said to keep them in the ball area. Like 1. Don’t blame a child who didn’t do it and just wanted to help and 2. if children behaving like children is an issue maybe don’t have a younger kids area? Like I said lots to do but maybe only go if your...
