Kashish Salon — Local services in Sunnyvale

Hi, I wanted to share some information with you all. Please be very careful and watch your valuable when you goto Indian Saloons. I went to Kashish Saloon in Sunnyvale for an eyebrow threading and decided to get a facial done. I removed my gold and imitation jwellery - Gold chain with stone pendents (emrald) and peal along with Michael Kors earings, etc and put in in my purse. The lady asked me to hang the purse behind the door which I did. After the facial - when i walked out, I decided to take out my jwellery and wear it back, however the jwellery was not in my purse. I went back immediately and asked the lady to search it, but she flatly refused that she has my jwellery. I called the owner and asked him to look into it. but he was very rude and did not want to listen to me. Finally I called the cops and filed a police complain, the cops are looking into it. Ultimately I have lost my Gold chain(passed on to me by my late granny) and my pendants. We all know how hard it is to get good authentic jwellery. I have added my review on yelp multiple times only to be deleted by them. Hence I am sharing it in groups now so make people aware of this theft

Additionally, the facial they did was so also very horrible. My eyes looked black after the facial since they did not care to remove the eyeliner while doing a facial. When I confronted them about it, they told me they would give me a $10 discount.:

The Owner now has responded with a false and baseless allegation to bury his theft case ! He needs to Grow up and learn to own up for his our staff mistakes before it costs him his business !

3 free services ! Hahaha - I think it’s high time he comes to the Sunnyvale Wolfe road branch and checks his records on services proposed or offered ! I’ve visited his salon once last year for threading and this year for threading and facial (& fully paid for both services, my credit cards will confirm the transaction) and with this incident of theft NEVER AGAIN.

In fact after passing this information on various platforms and WhatsApp groups, more such theft incidents have been known from his salons.

So rather than defending his staff, he needs to stand up for his business else it gives wrong signals that he too is getting cut into all the...

#Do not miss# guys please please do not go to this saloon. It is run by a bunch of illiterate women who do not even have manners of talking. My friend and I had worst experience. I actually went there in August for the first time. I was new in the area so I went there without knowing anything. I had appointment as well. But they were in such a hurry that they literally burnt some portion of my leg. I was constantly asking them to be gentle and wait for the wax to cool down. The towels were unhygienic and something is wrong with the quality of wax. I have to say that I had noticed that only one thing was normal there and that was wax strips. After that I asked for eyebrow...and requested for other beautician as the one who was doing wax was doing in so hurry that I was really scared. But unfortunately the other beautician was even worst. She was in double hurrry I do not know where she had to run. Anyway I was so frustrated that one of them probably understood and started saying sorry and also that there is too much rush and also forced me to add as much as possible tip. I was amazed with this behavior. Anyway after that I never went to this parlor. Now one of my friend visited that place today. Same things happened to her. She was constantly requesting to get the wax done only by one beautician as the saloon was completely vacant and 5 beauticians were free watching movie. There were no other clients. Wax was very hot and she requested to wait but these ladies did not wait and forcefully convinced her to get it done by 2 beauticians at a time. The wax was some non branded self made wax of very bad quality. She literally came out crying. If price is the only factor you care about then you can visit this place because yes it is cheap. But you will definitely come out...

Never seen such a horrible person. Terrible guy, who was driving this van.

He hogged a parking spot as if he owns the whole shopping area. He almost rammed into my car and started yelling. This community has limited parking and the curves are sharp with just enough space for any car to move. There were many people waiting to find a spot to park. He first blocked the entrance of other neighbor shops. People were walking around through the parking lot from their cars to the stores around there. We all were waiting to find a spot to park and when this one car started to leave this guy now wanted to jump in. At first he got it from nowhere and had a courage to block the movement of entire parking lot. Later while racing this van he cared less of the people walking. He did care to pull down his vehicle window and shout something, which I leave it to all readers to imagine an uncivilized person like this guy would speak. He honked loud too and raced car once again to park.

My review is about this guy only who should no sense of respect to all the people who were patiently waiting to park and also not being mindful of pedestrians in the parking lot. The way he rushed in, he could have hurt some elderly people and also if there were kids around. The restaurant here is very popular but a neighbor like this is about to make this place terrible to visit. I could imagine how the management of this salon could be and how much they really care about customer service if safety of people is not...
