Stopped in today and was checking out the beer selection. A delivery person was going into various sections of the coolers stocking his delivery. He then came to the section I was looking at, stepped in front of me and started to stock his items. No excuse me or anything. I usually say something but decided to make the issue get resolved another way. I asked for the manager and informed them of the interaction. The manager addressed the delivery person and made my experience with their store top notch. The manager needs a special shout out because most people nowadays don't know what customer service is. Would give 4 stars to the east end location in superior, but there is ONE older, tall dark haired woman with glasses who is as rude as can be. Very poor customer service on her end and the worst attitude and personality I’ve ever seen in retail service. Every one else there is very kind and helpful. Good prices, good parking, good selection, often excellent sale prices. Nice cheese cooler with cheese curds. Nice that there is a stoplight there for easy access to E 2nd St / HWY 2 and 53.
