Culver’s — Restaurant in Superior

Fast ordering food was out within in 7.5 minutes (we had chicken so the extra minute is to be expected. The only thing is they never ever seem to pay attention to the extras a customer pays for (example- ranch extra toppings of cheese) I've been going here probably a few times a year maybe 1 or 2 at least e max, for over a decade and can't think of one time they remembered to give me those items and they definitely have never ever forgotten to charge me. I usually end up paying for it getting all the way home realizing I didn't get the extra condiments or toppings that I paid five plus dollars for throughout the entire order and end up just saying screw it cuz it's a good 5 Mile drive one way there I try to remember to stop falling for there would you like to upgrade or add any additional sauces trick because when I say yes they always remember to charge me but never remember to put them in not once in the we'll see 40 to 50 times I've been there other than that everything is fantastic and delicious stuff are usually pretty friendly but everyone has their off days so I give the four stars out of five for quality speed accuracy and price all combine together they would get 5/5 if they got their accuracy...

The employees that we interacted with were both very friendly and pleasant. The lobby and seating area looked clean and well kept. The parking lot was also clean, tight but clean. The *bathroom was, like the parking lot, clean but tight. The MUSHROOM AND SWISS was good. Better than. A traditional fast food burger but the mushrooms were cut very thin and there aren't a lot on the burger. It's one of the main toppings, you'd think there would be a hefty scoop of them. The patty was very nice but needed more salt and absolutely lacked pepper. The FRIES (large) were, and stayed, crispy. They were fresh and hot but I don't think they salted them. Maybe they don't normally salt the batch IDK we're just passing through. I love that they don't come in a cardboard like container. We also got cheese curds (medium) they were also crispy and stayed crispy.

*The second stall was taken so I went in the first. When the door is open its honestly like 3 inches away from the toilet. You are 100% touching either the wall, he door, or the toilet, or all three if you need to use that stall. And if your wearing a long skirt or jacket... you're definitely rubbing up...

Our party of five stopped in for an afternoon ice cream treat. Two in our group ordered smoothies. They received what they ordered. The remaining trio in our group ordered blackberry shakes or malts. To a person, each of us received a blueberry shake or malt. That miscue was quickly rectified when brought to the attention of a team member who had not taken our initial order. Our order taker also seemed ro be lacking when it came to basic math skills. Our order totaled $22.10. I handed the order taker two $20 bills and my wife said she had a dime. When the dime was handed to the order taker, the returning comment was, "I've already run$40 through. It will take me longer to re-enter the amount than it will for me to give you your change. The order taker proceeded to remove one $10 bill, one $5 bill, two $1 bills, three quarters, one dime and one nickel.

Also, the restaurant itself appeared to be relatively clean. A trip to the men's room resulted in finding a garbage receptacle in desperate need of attention. Soiled paper towels had far surpassed the capacity of the receptacle and were strewn about a good portion...
