I'm a single woman staying in my Class C motorhome. If you arrive on a weekend, the office is closed and they put you in a overflow lot by the clubhouse with electric hookup. You have to fill your water tank ahead or back by the dumpsters where you can fill and wash off your rig. Monday I was put in a site that eventually could be a Park Model site so it is wide and deep with a concrete patio pad and sewer outlets in two spots for different lengths of abodes. The water and electric are on the back of the lot and my hose and cord JUST reached. My helper guy wouldn't let me back up further as the front ends are suppose to line up along the street side! I have lots of room out back and plenty of space for my car and a guests car. The wifi is good, no cable included. You have to arrange with Cox if you're here long enough. I believe the electric is metered too. Its pricey here for sure but the facilities are fantastic. Like others have said there are endless clubs and activities, good laundry (2), daily entertainment and monthly tribute concerts, i.e. Beegees, Jimmy Buffet, Tenors, etc. The dog parks (2) are very nice with grass and play stuff. I have a satellite laundry half a block from me with bathrooms, sm dog park and jacuzzi. There is a monthly Vendor Market with a lot of great stuff, clothes, food, jewelry, gadgets, etc. I'm backed up to the entry side wall, which is great as I'm not backed up against another resident, have more room outback. However, you do have street noise. Doesn't really bother me. Luke AFB has fighter jets flying over constantly from 7:00am on. I'm staying through March. I can't say I'd recommend it for short term stay. I was assigned a lot early on before arrival, however, if someone decided they want to put a park model on it, they...

Read moreThis was the worse RV park experience since we have become full time RVers 3 years ago. We reserved a pull through on Feb 28, 2021 for June and July. We had our water turned off twice without notice , we did not have 50 amp service which we paid for!! We were told not to use all our A/C units in 117 degree temperatures. We were lied to and insulted by their maintenance manager (Andrew) to the point where it was much easier for us to just avoid him as much as possible altogether!!
Two weeks before we arrived the park asked us if we would be willing to move to a non-pull through because the park would be under construction where we had our reservation. We asked what kind of construction because we really did not want to disconnect our car hauler which we are towing. THEY TOLD US IT WOULD JUST BE NOISY so with that information we decided to stay with our original reservation. Instead, after we had left the park for a few weeks to fly back to Michigan we returned to find the curbs in front and behind us were under construction making it almost certain that we would damage our RV when we left.
Only after many texts and phone calls with their maintenance manager who was argumentative throughout our ordeal he finally assigned workers to help us prepare the property so we could safely leave on our exist day. Special thanks to “Perfecto Carlos” and “Sergio” for their hard work and to Scott for his courteous behavior.
We will never return to the SunFlower RV Park in Surprise...
