Color Nails — Local services in Susquehanna Township

Very disgusted with my visit today for a mani & pedi! I was getting my feet done by a lady, and a second woman came. She started to scrap each of my fingers with her nails to get gel nail polish off. They had a conversation as multiple customers started to come in. She then soaked my nails in cool water then started to cut my cuticle and cut into my skin on my middle finger. She stopped and continued to stop throughout the process to answer the phone. Once the lady was done with my feet they asked me to sit in the front of the nail salon. She grabbed my shoes and sat them on the floor next to me. She worked on my nails and did not discard any of the files as my finger was bleeding. She finished my nails and did a RUSH paint job! She then placed a design on each of my big toes and sat me under the dryer for 5 mins I told her they felt dry and she did not check them to confirm asked me to put my pedi shoes and spacers on the table. Once I got home I saw under better light the horrible job on my toes. Also the cut burned and hurt so bad that was done when she cut into my cuticle too Deep. It was very poor customer service. when iI called to let them know about my finger needing a bandaid and Neosporin and the paint job they told me to come in. When I arrived she told me it was my fault and I needed to PAY! Again the Customer service was extremely POOR no compassion and all...

As soon as we walked in me and my daughter were looked at and treated like we didn’t belong…. ( mind you our appointment was at 10am the employees didn’t arrive until 10:15 ish) We both had pics of what we wanted and both designs weren’t able to be executed due to non proper utensils …. TMy daughter wanted a simple French tip design with small flowers and they were trying to charge me $70 for just her fill and the design …… the whole time we felt very uncomfortable and not happy with the out come we had to settle for what they claimed they were able to do due to the fact that we had gift certificates and needed to use them …. If I were paying with my OWN MONEY, I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER DID I MENTION EVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY...

I was desperate and In a time crunch. They were open and the closest. The lady was polite enough. They didn’t offer me a color book, she trimmed my acrylic with a nail clipper , all my nails are different lengths now.. don’t get me started on the shape or how I have jagged edges of acrylic under my nail I Asked for her to fix it she ignored me.. she kept looking off while doing my nails. When she finally bothered to ask me what color I showed her a picture.. the response - that’s too expensive we won’t do that.. I was like oh ok.. snap judgement on thinking I’m poor but ok. They are good enough but I won’t recommend...
