Quality Food Market — Local services in Susquehanna Township

Quite Overpriced .. Almost every item on my list was atleast 20 -30% overpriced. Infact a few common items were way too cheaper in my nearest local american grocery store .. i would certainly think twice n thrice before visiting this store again.. Good thing was the owner's attitude n wide array of indian items but they should improve upon the presentation of vegetables like everytime we had to ask do you have corriander ? Do u have Fenugreek ? Do you have Curry leaves ? All of these were not on the shelves rather kept in some inside storage room etc where entry was prohibited. Also price tags on a few vegetables' shelves were not there while on some prices were not clearly mentioned, again we had to ask the staff to re confirm. I would say other Mom & Pop stores for Indian Grocerries have better prices, great variety, and are...

It used to be good experience...but from last few times its getting worse. Especially on rewards scheme they have. They dont ask for phone number all the time for updating rewards and some times they swipe even before asking your phone number and later say next time you will get credit. If some schemes are set up by you...its your primary responsibility that shoppers are getting benefit of it. Its not that everytime shoppers has to keep asking for it. Im not worried on rewards i missed or gained....but what i concerned is the trust factor...

I had been going to this Store since 2004, like going there as we get most of south Indian groceries and when i request something i want they get it for me..They are always polite and friendly. I prefer coming here than rather going to Bombay Bazar as the people they are mean ,unfriendly have attitude problem.Cashiers are very rude make fun talking in Gujarati. Any day i suggest people come to Quality...
