Nail Creation — Local services in Susquehanna Township

I stopped there on my way home from work because my usual place didn't have any appointments available. What a mistake!! There were no customers as it was the middle of the day. Two gentlemen were there that barely acknowledged me. I asked if they could do a fill and they sat me at the table. The tech was very rough and sloppy and he rushed through the entire fill. He was done in 20 minutes!!! Really?? I asked for coffin and he made my nails pointy. About 3 hours after I left the polish on 2 nails chipped ...and I asked for gel polish--- I know I paid for it. There were gaps from my cuticle to where he started the fill ...it looked like they were done 5-6 days ago. I guess that's the best you can do in 20 minutes. I ended up having to go to my usual salon to get them redone, so I ended up paying twice. Oh, did I mention how he cut my cuticle and made me bleed because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and filed my knuckle?? That hurt. I'd steer clear of this place...

My mother an I went in for manicures. After the gentleman who did my full set (did a wonderful job) he send a lady over to fulfill my designs. The person begins to do the designs I asked for but mid way through she stopped and started butchering the design. After she explains to me it’s too difficult for her to complete, my mom asks another nail tech to continue her work and in an instant he replies “no!” Out of the three employees in the establishment only one nail tech could get any praise. Not one sign to “refuse service” nothing. Bad customer service, lack of respect to their shop and customers is what is getting them two stars. Truly a shame since I’m sure the manager is the person to put my acrylics on. But they did nothing to make it right. I walked out with clear nails and they were fine with...

So, I stopped in to get a regular manicure with regular polish today. I found the perfect color right away! The color collection is nice. I took my 6 year old granddaughter with me so she could have her nails painted for a treat. My manicure was rushed which was obvious due to the fact that it took no longer than 15 minutes and my cuticles look a mess. I can do my own nails myself but they always look sloppy, this is why I go to a professional. She painted my granddaughters nails with regular polish as well and then charged me $25. My manicure was $12 according to the pricing board on the wall. I questioned her about the pricing. She looked flustered and handed me $5 and said sorry. I usually leave a $10 tip.
