I actually was looking forward to trying out this new restaurant. I'm a total fan of supporting local businesses. However these local businesses need to do alot better. I've literally eaten at 1000s of restaurant being a professional pilot. Fair to say I have many restaurants to compare to. The Chicken Tikka Massala was so BLAND, almost like they forgot where the SPICE RACK was. The chicken was way over cooked. Then I was charged $2.50 for a small 8 ounce bottle of deer park water. Atleast give me a full 16 ounce bottle im happy to pay $5.00 for your fresh plastic creation. Then I get to eat off DIRTY FORKS placed neatly on the table as if they were adorned for the dishwasher. The waiter never came back to sell me another bottle of deerparks finest. 👉The REAL INDIAN FOOD IS LOCATED AT 7800 Linglestown Rd, West Hanover Township, PA 17112...TASTE OF INDIA👈. Read moreMy wife and I were out doing some shopping on a Saturday afternoon, and I previously read reviews, it seemed promising so we decided to go. We pulled in the parking lot and it was empty. First thing my wife says is "better not brides maid me" lol. If you saw the movie, you would understand. We went inside and was surprised at how nice it was. The dining room and bar was super clean looking. We were the only ones there, so the service was quick. There was a bit of a language barrier issue between us and the waitress, but it was all good. We had the veg samosa to start. Came out nice and hot. Green sauce for dipping had some heat. Other sauce that came with was sweet, so it was a nice contrast. I then had the chicken chili momo. Flavors were good, heat was pretty hot but not too hot that I couldn't finish it. Veggies still had a nice crisp to them. I liked it. The wife had the chicken curry. She did like it, but it was just a little too spicy for her. We then tried the yogurt mango drink. That was a nice relief for the pallet. Overall, it was a...
Read moreWent with my family today for lunch, so things were pretty slow, but I can imagine this place being very fun at night with the live music. We ordered the Samosa Chat, pork momos, butter chicken, lamb biryani, and garlic naan. The Samosa chat was an unexpected standout, so flavorful and delicious! We had never had momos before so we went with the pork our waitress recommended. We also enjoyed the momos a lot. The lamb biryani was another standout, great complex flavors and perfect balance of spice. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the butter chicken very much, we found it a bit flavorless and dull, it was however very creamy and the chicken was very tender, we just thought it needed more flavor and spice. The garlic naan was also some of the best we had, perfect thickness and great amount of garlic. Our waitress was amazing and very helpful. Overall I would recommend everything here except the butter chicken, which I think needs a bit of work, but we would...
