I was referred to Box Drop by a friend. They did not disappoint. Upon arriving we were greeted by Chris. What a friendly and positive guy. He allowed us to just look around with no pressure but when we wanted more details he was right there giving us his full attention. Chris is so knowledgeable about all of his products which are major name brands. No junk here folks. High quality furniture and bedding at an unbelievable price. Chris had so much patience as I deliberated and made my choice. Good communication after the sale. The delivery was smooth. He and his partner assembled and placed my couch where I requested. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed and greeted with smiles and happiness. I am so happy I came across this family owned business! Melanie was a pleasure working with. She answered all my questions and send me all the pictures of inventory. I traveled all the way from FAYETTEVILLE 1HR AND 30 MIN!! Was well worth the drive. She even stayed open late and did not rush me when I arrived. Her husband was also very helpful and welcoming. They even helped load the sofa in the trailer and insured no damages during transport.
