Mountain Mutts — Local services in Swan Valley

Don’t want to give a bad review but this place seems to have changed names/owners and is now The Laundry Mutt Jackson and maybe the owners (new and old) can update their websites to let people know this is formally mnt mutts/under new management/ect. Mnt Mutts was highly recommended to us by a friend of a friend and we made an online apt a week ago for this morning. We received an email confirmation of our apt. We arrived ten minutes early but realized they had made a change in name after checking out the new website, we discovered they are also closed on Monday’s, and trying a few number (all went to voicemails) we ended up returning home. Perhaps turning off the online scheduling for the old business as well......

What a great staff! Our Pomeranian Lola was a COMPLETE wreck. She was badly in need of some TLC. The outlook wasn't super bright for doing much more than practically shaving our sensitive little Lola. She doesn't like to brushed, definitely against nail trimmers and overall anything! We had a hard time getting any appointment for so long, I finally got one for her. Picked up our little love fluff and she was silky, trimmed and generally back to what she should be. Could not have been happier with Robyn and staff. They managed to get most of her knots and mats off and not have to shave her down. We will be able to comfortably comb her daily now to keep it from getting out of control and not cause our little Lola discomfort and anxiety! Very...

We have brought our dog here several times, and each time they have cut more than one of his nails to short and made him bleed. Even after telling the owner, and she said she would take care of him herself... she didn't and they still cut him to where he bled. After being there several times and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we could still see they did not care much for the dogs and it did NOT feel safe for the animal. We called the owner to address concerns and she was rude and hung up. DO NOT BRING...
