My husband and I have been shopping Cherry Tree Beads, for some time. We remember when the store was located in Jen's basement! The stones are just such a great quality. The variety and selection is excellent. Jen is always getting in new and different things. We live in Atlanta and we make the trip to the store in North Carolina at least 4 times a year. It's always an exciting and fun trip for us. Normally, when we visit the store we deal with the wonderful and awesomely helpful Kirby. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Well, we made a trip up today, which happened to be a Wednesday, Kirby's day off!! At first we were, upset. But then we met the equally wonderful and helpful Bailey! Thank you, Bailey! This is a great store. I already liked it because of the quality, price, and selection, but I'm thrilled by the quality of the customer service.

I reached out to them about a mistake on an order (I got the wrong kind of bead, which looks almost identical to what I ordered but wasn't the same as what I needed). Once they confirmed the order information, they immediately sent out the correct item with a prepaid shipping label so I could return the wrong item at zero cost to me.
