Keystone Candle — Local services in Swatara Township

I have ordered many candles from this company and my recent order experience was horrible! I ordered 2 6x6 3 wick candles. I burned them a total of 5 times since I purchased them 2 months ago and one of them burned down completely through the whole middle of the candle. I burn them for 3-4 hrs at a time. Nothing like this happened to the other 6x6 3 wick. I had sent 3 emails about my dissatisfaction with no response. I called 3 times, got the run around then finally spoke with Jeff. He said that you have to follow the burning instructions which I did. I asked to have it replaced. They said they couldn’t since I didn’t burn it correctly. I said that if you had good customer service you would replace it. He said for me to email Peter Cowels well, I have sent 3 emails before with no response! It’s been 2 days snd still no response! Very disappointed. I have bought multiple large 3 wick candles from this company. I’ve always loved them. The most recent one I bought was for the Christmas holiday. The candle was problematic right away. I wrote the company who told me to follow the instructions which I always do and never had an issue with previous candles. I believe this candle was defective. After following the instructions of the company a crack appeared down the candle and all the wax leaked out. The company was not willing to work with me. They lost an excellent customer. This place is amazing. First of all, I can smell the candles on the highway at night when I drive past on my way home. And the smell is so good. I bought 4 candles and was surprised how cheap they were. They are quality candles. Not quite as strong as Yankee, but in my opinion these burn a lot longer and the scents smell exactly like what the label says. I was an instant fan as soon as I lit the first one!
