I have been doing business here for years. Mario is always very friendly, honest & knowledgeable. He’s been a fantastic & reliably fair person to do business with. He’s always been well supplied even when there’s been turbulent markets and/or unusual supply-side issues. Despite even those pressures, Mario has always been more than fair with the going market “premium pricing” rates on precious metals/bullion. I’d argue he has the best pricing around IMO. I have NEVER had an issue where he hasn’t paid [or traded for] fair market value either. I have done business at other coin shops & I can honestly say Mario has ALWAYS treated me the best & been the most consistent/reliable guy out there. Mario is a no BS, honest straight-shooter kind of guy. We are privileged to have someone like him running a small merchant business in our community. I stopped in to look around. Very little was on display compared to many other shops I've been in. This might have been OK except that I was in the store for at least five minutes and there were no signs of life. I finally left without having seen anyone in the store. To start off when I first went into the store there was no one to greet me I thought the place was empty. Finally a gentleman approached me and all he tried to do was sell me gold. He was quite rude and talked down to me the whole time. I went in a second time and he refused to buy back his own items and his prices are nearly 1.25 times that of spot value.
