Gypsy Systers: Boutique & Gift Shop — Local services in Sykesville

Sydni did my make up trial & make up for my January wedding. She was so responsive leading up to the big day & answered all questions before booking. Once we had the trial she tried several lip colors on me until we found the perfect shade of berry. She never tried to talk me down from a bold lip on my big day, but let me know her recommendations for photos, etc. She was so knowledgable about make up & really made me feel at ease throughout the trial and my wedding. She even put together a small touch up kit for my wedding day (which I returned afterwards, because it was SUCH a nice bunch of products, and thought she should have it back, haha). Seriously, I don't know what my girls and I would have done without her speed, professionalism and artistry for the big day. She was so wonderful to work with :)

As for the boutique: What a charming place! They have such a variety of products: clothes, bath, home decor, makeup, etc. Their selection of bath-time accessories: lotions, oils, bombs, etc. was astounding. What a cute shop for some gift giving, or...

Decent, if not limited selection of merchandise. Slightly overpriced. Almost every single time I've visited the staff has been chatting amongst themselves or with another customer and I've never been properly greeted or asked if I need any help any time I've visited (and I'm a local). Also, the name seems a bit problematic...

My first time visiting and I will deff be back soon. The store is amazing, they have a beautiful selection of jewelry and clothes. Amazing selection of Crystal's and Laura (I believe her name was I'm horrible with names but never forget a face lol) was very friendly and knowledgeable. LOVED it I will be back soon....
