I've been with the Farmers furniture brand for a very long time. However today was the first time I've seen such lack of respect and poor customer service towards a paying customer, especially coming from the store manager. The floor sales ladies/men have always been wonderful and this review in no way shape or form reflects them in any way. Today i was verbally disrespected over the phone and in person by the store manager Sandy. My husband (account holder) & I had some issues with the account due to the fault of the store and wanted to find out where the disconnect was and if it was something either one of us can do. After speaking with the manager, my husband told me to call to make sure everything was set up correctly because he was still at work when he first talked to the manger. Of course i called as i have in the past but this time i was met with a very unapologetic and uncaring attitude after explaining my concerns. Even when i asked respectfully why the rudeness i was still met with a nasty attitude. My husband & I went to the store to talk to the manager in person and the appalling behavior from the manger continued. Her tone and approach was awful!. Even when I told her she had a bad attitude and she shouldn't talk to customers in such a manner she graciously thanked me. She proceeded to explain to me in a condescending way that "everyone makes mistakes and when i become perfect then i can talk to her". What is a paying customer to do when you have an account issue and you can't even go to the manager of the store??? I will never do business with this store again and I advise anyone else...

When I purchased the bed set, I clearly ask if I had it delivered to my home would you put the bed together and the answer was yes! So therefore I was charged a extra 79.00 for delivery. I had to call the store to see when my order would be delivered. No one took the time to call and say that it had not come in yet. Remind you this is two wks later. Back to the delivery. Items were finally bought to my home and the young man said that no he was not responsible for putting the bed set together. in Sylvania,Ga, all my furnitures comes from Farmers Furniture. They are very friendly!!! ready to help you in any way they can, I can't Speak for everyone, but respect goes both ways. I feel at home when I go there. I think some time we go in to Grocery stores, Furniture stores, Clothes stores, not checking our attitudes but we want everyone else to check their attitudes, be respectful of others people feeling, God 🙏 is not through with them, be careful how you treat people. You will reap what you sow, it's coming up again. We all want to go to Heaven, start here on earth treating your fellow neighbors with real love like Jesus...
