When I called to have flowers made up for my husbands funeral on APRIL 17, 2021. I had first said that my husband wasn't in his right mind when he asked me to order pink carnations. I asked them if they could use white carnations and dip or spray the tips of the flowers in blue with blue ribbons. They lady on the phone said yes we can and they were supposed to email me a picture of the flowers before taking them over to the funeral home. They didnt even though I called on the Friday before the funeral. They did not do anything I asked them to do. Even my friends and family at the funeral said it was Poor Work. I called the florist back and told them I spent $214.00 of my disability money to pay for the flowers. She only sent me back $50.00 of the $214.00 that I spent. She said this morning that she had to recoop on the flowers she spent and the employee who told me they could spray the flowers blue told me wrong. She said if I didnt like it then take her to court. I called to place an order for a BIRTHDAY arrangement. I was told that "Happy Birthday" bouquets started at $25.00. So I decided to up it a bit and tell her I wanted a $40 Birthday arrangement. Arrangement was delivered (less than 2 miles) and the arrangement that was delivered was a huge disappointment. More greenery than anything. A grocery store arrangement would have been nicer. Sorely disappointed. I know that times are hard everywhere but today is my 25th anniversary. I ordered a $75 dollar arrangement and asked to have it delivered as early as possible.
