They scratched my truck and used parts that do not look original. The worst customer service ever! I had them replace the front glass on my 2012 Tacoma. I was after a "factory look" windshield replacement. They ended up using an aftermarket molding on the glass that sticks out from the windshield on the sides without ever showing me the difference or asking me if it was an acceptable replacement from the original. The new replacement Toyota molding was available for purchase from the dealer, but the odd looking molding was used on my truck without regard. The installer also scratched my truck. I discussed these matters with Mike (owners son) and Les (owner). Neither one of them made one smidge of effort to make it right. They just ignored me and did not answer my phone calls. I ended up taking them to Toledo Municipal Court. Their Ohio business name is SARS, Inc. (Sylvania Auto Re Styling). The picture attached shows the scratch in my truck along the top passenger side of the windshield. The 6" ruler is there to show length of the scratch. I looked at multiple places in Toledo and attempted calling 3 other companies after searching online. At each one, I was placed on hold, transferred and eventually sent to a voicemail. After seeing Sylvania Auto Restyling & Glass while driving by, looking for glass repair businesses I had seen online, I called them. They were open earlier than the other businesses and despite having bookings, worked me into their schedule immediately, since I was already there in person.
Additionally, they charged me a price over 50% lower than any other online quote I had seen for a repair. Their staff was extremely personable and fully explained the repair procedure and inspected the repair with me after the work was done. I was in and out extremely fast, which was very helpful as I was on a time constraint.

When Mike came out of his office to "help" me. No customer service skills at all. He should probably stay in his office and leave the customers to people who are not degrading. He argued with me about something when all he needed to say was "I'm sorry, we will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else". I was not upset that they did not clean up any of my broken glass even when they said they would, however I let him know that it did not get cleaned because the next person might not be so understanding.
