Magic Wok — Restaurant in Ohio

I used to work at magic wok around 25 years ago. I wanted to keep supporting the business but after today I will not return. The service has gone downhill completely. I ordered takeout online and got there a few min early. My food wasn't even started, when two new customers walked in. Both of their orders were completed before mine. I asked when mine would be done as I had been waiting for at least 15 min and i only ordered 2 entrees and 1 appetizer, but the cook was incredibly disrespectful. She happened to be both the manage and the cook. She had an attitude and complained about how much food she had to make. I had to wait another 10 minutes once they actually started making my food. At this point i was the only one left in the restaurant, although that's how it was when i arrived too. The food tastes alright but it seems to vary on who cooks it. Everytime I order it...

OMG where to start: the only thing good about our experience was the price the rice was overcooked and mushy that chicken was not fully cooked and still cold inside same with the crab rangoons we live under 4 minutes away and by the time we got home food was ice cold there is no excuses my preferred Chinese restaurant is China Express on Monroe Street Monroe Michigan hands down best Chinese restaurant in the United States go figure hole in the wall locations I digress tho and my favorite Chinese restaurant is 41 minutes away from my house and the food still stays extremely hot I mean how hard is it to drop food in a deep fryer? my favorite location makes everything fresh, but it's far away at times it's worth it though lol I love Chinese food and...

I have been going for a couple years now Today was my last visit Employee over charged me for my order & forgot to give me part of my order I found out when I got home & called the store about my issues with order Manager on duty said they couldn't do anything about it per the owner policy My loss totaled over $6 So shame on their policies Also the food quality has gone down in the last few weeks so I guess they don't really give a hoot about customer satisfaction anymore I usually get food from there a least 2 x week at about $23 per order So I really think my true recommendation would be DONT BOTHER getting food from them because if they over charge & don't give me my whole oder who else have they scammed money out of Bad place don't...
