The thing is, Customer Service makes a huge difference! There were actually multiple errors made along this process. The first unit they sold us, didn’t actually work. Then the appt we made to view an alternate unit for exchange was not communicated & nearly missed. (I showed up on time and the place was closed) BUT- we still cannot recommend them enough. Fatima & Luis and family are AMAZING. Every time there was a hiccup, they were so helpful, kind, supportive and immediately took care of whatever the issue was. We never felt disrespected, or like they were shady or trying to scam us or whatever. You never know with “refurbished” appliances what you’re going to actually get. But the replacement fridge has been amazing. They replaced the broken one with a better one, at no extra cost and even delivered the next day. Everything about this experience, regardless of any bumps, was pleasant and they made us feel safe, and we were able to trust them! That is what is most important. Sometimes things happen and companies are made up of people… and people aren’t perfect. But how you HANDLE the situation as a company can make a world of difference. And this is seriously a company we will support and buy from again. We wish them nothing but success!! Thank you Fatima and Family. Very pleased with the final product too!...

I am a property manager and have purchased 3 appliances so far this year from Palma’s. I had a hard time finding a fridge that could fit a narrow kitchen space. I went to over 7 stores and they either didn’t carry the size or were months out for orders and were just too expensive. Not only did this store have a fridge that fit my size requirements but they had several reasonably priced options. Every employee I have encountered there are very friendly and helpful, especially Fatima. I went to measure an appliance across the room and an employee ran over and pulled it out and measured it for me by the time I got there. Again, very helpful. They started doing delivery/installs themselves which is even more of a reason I continue to go back. They have a quick turn around delivery time compared to other stores, usually same day or next business day which is extremely important to me especially when dealing with a broken fridge. It’s nice to see a familiar face in the store as the same people delivering. They are my number one appliance store when looking for used/refurbished appliances. The other 7 had no where near the customer service as this one...

Fatima is a welcoming sales person. But we are finding out that is as far as customer service goes. We purchased a washer and dryer and both machines needed repair in the first week. The washer seems fine now but the dryer is a fail. We called yesterday for an appointment and they were to come by today between 10-12 and were a no show. We called and then it was between 12-2, NO SHOW! And so we called AGAIN at about 3:15 and we’re told the “drivers” were running late and “might” show between 3-5 pm!! We asked if the drivers were in charge of the scheduling or didn’t understand they should call a SCHEDULED & WAITING Customer to say they would be late or that maybe a manager could advise them, in the event this happened in the future to another customer, and we’re informed the driver is actually an owner!!! We tried to keep business dollars local but Palmas will NOT receive further business from us when we choose our other appliances this Spring since this is how an owner treats...
