I have no clue what is going on Super Bowl night but this has been the worst experience that I have ever dealt with at a Pizza Hut in over 30+ years.
I called multiple times to get pizza delivered to my house and I suspect it must be prank night or something because the people who kept answering the phone either hung up on me, spoke to me in a strange voice, claimed they were either a 7-11 or they were Dominoes. This occurred 7 times.
I then called on my cell phone to speak to the manager while I am driving to this location to find out why I cannot order pizza tonight. As I am parked in the parking lot, I can see the person I am speaking to on the phone while other employees are gathered around laughing and joking thinking it is funny. As I asked for the number to the manager, they kept telling the individual not to tell me the number.
Since I was there, I then entered the store to see nothing but chaos. There were people there who I cannot identify as employees because they are wearing civilian attire and wanted to goad me into fighting them. They threatened to call the police on me which I very much obliged them to do. They were cursing at me and continued to simply harass me. They wanted me to cause a problem there but I did the wise thing and just leave. From there, I then contacted Pizza Hut at Corporate HQ to make my complaint.
I served 23 years in the Marine Corps. The treatment I received at this specific location was unwarranted and totally undesirable. My family has been ordering from this specific store now for the past 7 years since I moved in this location. Rest assured, I will no longer order from this store. I feel sorry for the older drivers and those who have delivered to my residence all these years because we are very generous tippers. The know me and my family very well. We have ordered pizza on an almost weekly basis from this specific location. The lack of professionalism and the total disrespect that was displayed to a loyal well paying customer...
Read moreEdit 1/10/2023: Looks like they only responded to me to make themselves look honorable on Google. I have sent them 2 emails after they requested me to so they could “make it right” and no one has responded! One of the worst customer service experiences in a while. I placed an order for curbside pickup last week. When I arrived, I parked in one of the designated pickup spots, clearly in view of the associates. I could see two people standing inside, conversing. No other customers were inside, and they clearly knew I was out there, and that there was a curbside order placed. After several minutes of waiting, I went inside and after a minute or so of standing there, was asked if I was placing an order or picking up. I told the worker I had placed an order for curbside and pointed to my vehicle. He verified my name and then proceeded to shame me for the size of the order I placed, asking oh, you’re the one that had that really long order. After a blank stare from me, he recites about how much my order came out to. I replied I spent that amount due to tipping $10 for curbside pickup. After grabbing my waiting pizza from the warmer, he snottily asked if I’d like help to my car, which I declined. I never received an apology from him for not delivering my order curbside as requested. I feel robbed because what did I pay the extra $10 for? To go inside for my own order with my toddler waiting in the car AND to be shamed for the size of my order? Apparently Pizza Hut only wants your business if you buy a pizza or 2? Mind you I ordered 4 pizzas and a pasta. Also, the pizza barely had any sauce, and the pasta had a funny after taste. Anyway, definitely don’t recommend this location. Also, I was never contacted by anyone after submitting a complaint through the website, and being told I’d hear from the manager of the store in 3 days, so I will not be ordering from...
Read moreDistasteful. The online ordering system is a joke, you will be told your order will be delivered within 40 minutes . . . until you enter your payment information, when you will receive an email advising another 45 minutes or more is needed. 90 minutes after you order online your cold, limp, tasteless pizza will arrive at your door, and this after you pay a $4.20 "delivery fee" AND leave an online note "$5 cash tip for driver."
BTW, order was on a TUESDAY night, non-peak hours, and we are SIX MINUTES from the location . . . it took them 40 minutes to deliver. You can check the snail like delivery speed of you pizza online, watching sadly as the temperature drops two degrees with each passing minute, until after 40 minutes you know what will knock on your door only children who are NOT paying would be happy with, and then only after microwaving each piece to re-melt the fake cheese.
Don't order from here. A frozen pizza like a DiGiorno's or Frechetta will be better at 25% the cost, and all your guests will be happy at the hot food you served them. Even driving to the store, standing in line, driving home with your frozen pizza, cooking it for 25 minutes, and you will STILL be eating your pizza FASTER than this terrible, awful waste of your "eating out" budget.
Thanks to this horrible excuse for food served by this particular Pizza Hut, we will not be spending any money at any Pizza Hut location for at least a few years . . . and certainly NEVER again at this location.
You've been warned....
