I'm going to keep this short and to the point... As many of you know I'm a level-5 local-guide, done 100's of reviews of restaurants and places I'd been to, in all I had never encounter anything as worse, dirty and disrespectful like this place;
Years a go this place had good atmosphere and good food, I had been to this place many times since the mid 90"s., when the owner passed it just went down-hill, not only that but this place has "NEVER" giving free chips and salsa and I was ok with that cause the food was ok...
Saturday I went there for lunch, as soon as walked-in I've noticed the place very dirty, very few people and a very strong musky stinge... In the past you had to wait to get a table, I sat-down and notice an older Mexican guy disputing his bill while while waiting for his order to go, I order 4 tacos and a Victoria beer (mexican beer)
I get the beer with a lime on top, I don't like lime in my beer so that ruined-it...(not a corona) a few minutes later I got my tacos...I ordered two lengua and two cabeza (beef cheek) The worse cabeza I had ever had, it ha sum red sauce on them that was nasty..!!
But wait..!! Remember the older mexican men disputing his bill when I came-in..!?!? Well he got his food while I was eating and left...I was sitting right a cross from the cashier counter/bar, one thing they did not realize is that I spoke Spanish...
Suddenly I I hear this in Spanish from the waitress and cashier;...fk that old man yeah fk him said the other lady, who that f*k does he think he is..!?!?
Across from me was a mexican family that heard everything and I can just see their jaws-dropped, the few other people were white so they had no idea what they were saying. Next to the cashier is the bar and there were a few older guys I'm assuming they were regulars cause they quickly joint the conversation and started yelling insults as well... In all and all, the worse experience I had so far, all that way...

I had an incident where one of the employees charged me for something I did not ask for. After a long combative and unprofessional conversation customers were involved customers were brought into our conversation and it resulted in me wrongfully being kicked out. The lady suggested to watch the cameras to help the situation at first but everything else apart of the conversation escalated to the point where I had to respond to those things rather than looking at the camera right then and there. After I left I called to try to settle this disagreement before making the decision to write this post. One of the things that I asked was to now watch the camera and the employee agreed to watch the camera but again as she did before did not like my response and continue to overtalk me and hung up on me after she just agreed to watch the camera. I know in my heart of hearts that the camera would have vindicated everything that I was trying to say. I am a teacher I stand for what’s right and this place does not deserve anyone’s business especially after you submit an extra payment for things that you didn’t buy and it resulted in this place threatening to call the cops on me. As a black man I’m appalled when I did nothing wrong. Poor service please do not support a place that is willing to make themselves right in the situation rather than pull out all stops to make things better. (If one of the employees comment or have one the customers comment, they're only doing it to be right in the situation. My dad recently passed and I hate to go to this extreme, but I put it on his grave and all I love that I'm...
Read moreMy husband and I have had a hard time finding any really good authentic Mexican or texting Mexican retsaurants up here in Washington. I'm from Texas so the drastic difference in the food is shocking, even if the restaurant claims they cook authentic Mexican meals,( and usually they are mom and pop businesses that cook home made from scratch) they usually always end with us being unsatisfied and upset we wasted more time and money attempting to find a decent restaurant to call our regular Mexican food place. We absolutely love their food. My favorite is their Horchata, I'm assuming is made in house, most restaurants choose to use pre-made mixes which makes a huge difference. We usually order the enchilada plates, and we've never had any major problems other than the last time we visited them. Ordering took almost 15 minutes which was pretty notmal here. We obviously had a language barrier with the woman taking our order, which is perfectly fine, the owner or manager helped to translate our conversation and what we wante. We got their mole enchiladas a couple of weeks ago and they tasted different then what we normally got in the past, which was pretty disappointing. But I'm hopeful that the next time we eat here the mole will be what we originally fell...
