Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I was trying to buy a nicotine product and was asked for ID. No problem, I'm 22 and have a California driver's license. I've never had any issues with this ID or buying 21+ products. The cashier was questioning my age and asked me to remove my mask. I complied just to be rung up without the nicotine product. I tried to pay but realized what I wanted wasn't rung up. When I asked him to ring it up he said something about calling someone to verify my ID. He showed me the phone and he was dialing 911. I told him that wasn't necessary and that he should just scan my ID. Instead another cashier rung me up again without the nicotine product and told me "they didn't believe I was 21 so they wouldn't sell it to me." I refused to buy the other items and left very frustrated. They were rude and tried twice to charge me for an item they wouldn't sell me. I left and went to the next 7/11 down the road just to be met with more issues as this store had clearly called the next store. They asked if I wanted the product before I asked for it and questioned me again about my age. I simply told them to scan my ID. I said I would just go somewhere else if they wouldn't let me purchase something I can legally purchase and then was given better service. Trying to call 911 on me for using my actual California driver's license is beyond ridiculous and not only was my time wasted but all the other people in the store had to wait. I've never encountered something like this and find it extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this 7/11 there is another one 5 minutes down the road that is cleaner and has far better customer service. I truly wish I could give less than one star, worst service I've...
Read moreWorst worker ever and terrible experience on our vacation. On Saturday June 12 2021 during the afternoon my son was targeted and so was my cousin by the staff member there. He was unaware until I heard him speak to my cousin very rudely. My son is learning social skills because he is in the spectrum and my cousin noticed that the clerk was following him and the clerk even told another customer who was wearing yellow gloves to watch him and her. I was infuriated but I have taught my son to be civil because he will be easily targeted. His disability and all of the above make him a target and I wish people would be more mindful of others. A situation like this can be very damaging. Thanks to my beautiful cousin for catching on when I was busy grabbing everyone their favorite snacks. Everyone else have been nothing but sweet and nice and I do not associate this one person and location with the wonderful people who live here. Everything and everyone else is...
Read moreI unfortunately avoid this local 7/11. Aside from the shady arrogance and just plain weird attitudes of a few of the employees, I've been overcharged a few times in the past. I also had two fraudulent charges on the credit card used a few hours after shopping there. Could be coincidence but these were the first fraudulent charges that I've received over the last 5-years as I do not used credit cards much. It seems unlikely that the owner of this particular 7/11 franchise lives locally - I can't imagine that he would be ok with the service, and possible risk, of this 7/11 location. I highly suggest to just head down the road to CVS or...
